Each and every enterprise that you take upon yourself needs a steady stream of new prospects and sales to be profitable. At the end of the day sales are the name of the game.
To build a wildly successful network marketing organization, you have to assemble a team of like-minded entrepreneurs who are also rather proficient at generating sales and new recruits. Often, these are individuals you have known your entire life and sometimes they are individuals who you have not met. They key is finding people who have what it takes, without them, you cannot reach your goals and potential.
I recently talked with a purported networker who informed me that I should get ready because he would bring in a million people into the OneKyss opportunity. As flattered as I was, I realized this goal would not be realized because network marketing does not operate on this principle.
Many times we get excited about an opportunity and we believe everyone will come without any effort. I have personally witnessed this not only with OneKyss, but also with other network marketing opportunities. Often we forget the work it takes and more importantly, how essential it is to only find three or four like-minded entrepreneurs. The key is duplication … it is only through duplication … one leader at a time, that your financial goals and your leadership skills are met and will be increased.
As this week begins I encourage you to work with and identify those three or four like-minded individuals. Teach them duplication and develop their organizations. Meet with them weekly and write down their goals together. Encourage and develop teamwork … learn all you can about them and develop their talents. You will only find success when you work on this principle.
